How do I sign up for the One ‘Ohana Rewards program?

You can register at hawaiianbros.com/rewards. If you are unable to register online please email guestrelations@hawaiianbros.com.  When signing up, you will automatically be sent a reward for a free DOLE SOFT SERVE®.

How can I earn points?

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points will then be automatically tracked in your Rewards Program account. A qualifying purchase will include all purchases made in our restaurant locations and food purchased on hawaiianbros.com.  Purchases made via third parties will not receive points.  

When do I earn a reward?  

Each time you reach 70 points, you will receive a $3.50 Reward that can be used on your purchase. 

How do I redeem rewards?

To redeem a Reward, visit a  participating Hawaiian Bros location and “check-in” at the register with the phone number associated with your Reward Program account. Your Reward can be applied to your order at the register and will be removed from your Rewards Program account at the time of use.  If ordering food through hawaiianbros.com, you can apply a reward during the payment process.

Do my points expire?  

Yes. The points in your Loyalty Program account will expire and will no longer be available for redemptions after six (6) months of inactivity on your Reward Program account. “Activity” is defined as a “check-in” or a Points Reward redemption at a participating location. 

Do rewards expire?

All Points Rewards expire thirty (30) days after posting to your Loyalty Program account. If a selected Points Reward expires without redemption, the associated points used to select the Points Reward will not be reissued to your Reward Program account.

How will I know when I earn One ‘Ohana Rewards?

You will be sent an email notification when a Reward is posted to your account. You can also login to your account to check for Rewards at any time.

If I have more than one rewards account, can I combine them?

It depends. Please contact our customer service team at guestrelations@hawaiianbros.com and they will determine if the accounts can be combined or provide you with more information.

Will I also receive other offers by being a One ‘Ohana Member?

Yes, One ‘Ohana members will get offers periodically. You will be notified via email when a new Reward or offer is available. Add rewards@c.pxsmail.com to your safe sender email list to be sure you receive these valuable offers. You can also visit hawaiianbros.com regularly to check for Rewards.

Will I also get a Birthday Reward by being a One ‘Ohana Member?

Yes, members of our program will receive a Reward at the beginning of their birthday month that can be redeemed before the end of that month. Rewards not used by the expiration date will not be reissued. 

Will I earn points on purchases made through a third party app like DoorDash?

Points are only earned on purchases in our stores or at hawaiianbros.com.  Orders placed through third parties will not accumulate points.

How do I get entered into the Sweepstakes?
